Bluntingham Palace Presents an idea ... creating a list of 1,000 great songs. I know this will be a long and painful road, but why not?
I recently bought a new copy of the Rolling Stones top 500 songs - ha! I guess I would have done the same thing - a rather 'cheeky' move the magazine made.
#1. "Like A Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan
#2. "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" by The Rolling Stones
Funny right? If you can't find the humor, let me point it out. The magazine is called Rolling Stone and the top two songs of the list both include the title of magazine. It's all about name recognition and yes two good songs according to my ears.
So it begins ... I'm not sure when the 'list' will start, in the future is a good guess. Please post and share any of your thoughts - I know you have a favorite song ... type away my friends.
~peace~
